Great store as far as selection goes.....the service on the other hand is another story. The younger guys, Curt and Chris i believe are really friendly and seem fairly knowledgeable, but the older guy is an absolutely awful salesperson. I came in with cash in hand to purchase equipment and his attitude and personality were so cold and unprofessional it makes one wonder why he ever decided to get involved in sales in the first place. It upset me so much i decided to go to B and B music instead and pay a little more but get treated like a valued customer rather than an annoyance. This guy should be behind the scenes and not allowed to interact with any customers. No personality, no people skills, no friendly demeanor = no sales in my experience. I have heard stories before about this guy and they are all true...Wow what a bad experience...what a shame.
