My 17 year old brother went to get a part installed and they broke his window (not what was broken). Then they gave him a $75 off card and didn't replace the window when they were called about the situation we were called dumb and they were very rude.
I do not recommend anyone go there this business should be shut down!

Bad business the owner tells you one thing & then you get nothing but excuses after excuses with the way the cars are & the price he ask for them they all should be inspected but they aren't they are so fast to take ur money but take their time when it comes to repairs when you call one minute he is in then the next oh sorry he stepped out so do ur self a favor do not go to them for a vehicle they are over priced & poor business

Well I obviously didnt learn my lesson the first time I delt with tim (the owner) of west autos in short hes a lier a crook and sells worthless equipment. After I paid him all I got was the run around for weeks about titling and repairs among other things so do yourself a favor save the halsels and trouble stay clear of this business
