Researched pediatricians since moving to the area, this practice is convenient and close to home and I had heard wonderful things from friends. I was surprised to see the poor reviews on here. Dr. Hayes has been wonderful to my kids and has a great demeanor with the children and me. The office staff has been pleasant and helpful, perhaps not the same as those who were working there in 2010. I have been very happy with our switch and the treatment my kids have received.

Just moved to the area and had to switch pediatricians, checked their website to see if they were accepting new patients, they were, so we changed our pcp for the kids. Big Mistake! called in september for an appt for our daughters, Cant fit us in until February is what we were first told. I told them that my daughter would not be able to continue school if that is the case, so she changed it until January! She was very rude about it and told me to change my insurance back to our old Doctor 45 min away. I asked to speak to office manager and the person on the phone hung up on me. I called back and kept being put on hold. I finally got in touch with the office manager after many attempts, she was hesitant to give me her name, she was more helpful than the rest of the office personnel but in the end we will not be using this office due to this experience.
