When I walked into the salon and there were no customers, I should have taken it as a sign. I couldn't even tell you the name of the woman who did my nails, she never smiled or introduced herself. She was very rough with my feet and I have deep cuts on my fingers and toes from the cuticle cutters. They never used base coat on my hands or feet and the polish bubbled as it dried and was all around my nails. When I went to go pay, the head woman FINALLY stopped doing her own nails and rang me up for about $15 more than the posted price because apparently getting your nails painted is not included in the price. When I went to go remove the polish after it had chipped, I literally had to scrape the polish off of my nails; it did not come off with remover alone. I suspect they may have used a nail glue instead of a top coat, but I'm not sure. I would NEVER reccomend this to anyone, unless i really disliked them and wanted them to suffer.
