I am not satisfied here after living here several months. As soon as my lease is up, I will be moving. This place allows anyone to live here. There is dog poop all over the grounds. There are loud parties and I've seen non residents sneaking in thru the "secured" parking. No one seems to do anything about the complaints. For the amount of rent and supposedly "luxury apartments" this place is like a ghetto project building. Rules for valet trash are not followed by residents. Smelly garbage is left in the hallway at all hours of day/night. I have complained about it several times and nothing is done. Management seems to cater to college students, this is like a dorm building. I really thought with the rent being as high as it is, management would have been more selective.
