I purchased a vehicle from here February 2015 with an extended warranty. 3 years later I need to use my warranty and apparently my paperwork was never submitted after paying over $2000 for said warranty it still shows under the previous owners name. I cant get through to any corporate office as their 3rd party call center gives me an invalid phone number. Also the vehicle was grey when I bought it but Florida b.m.v. shows the car as being blue. Obviously it was painted and the paint is literally peeling off the hood. No wonder this place is now a Ford dealership. The complex maze of 3rd party call centers, fake phone numbers and rebranding or moving locations is making it impossible to accomplish anything. After paying 2k for a warrant I'm stuck holding the bag for shoddy paint work and no warrant in the system of the people who handle the warranty claims.

I have never seen so many employees standing around doing nothing in my lifetime. Quite comical. Obviously no upper management.
