Provided by YP.com18 months after we leased a new RDX, the sunroof started leaking. We were told we would have to pay $400 to repair it. Why should we have to pay to repair this defect on a new car? It's not right that Delray Acura doesn't stand behind their product.
Managers are unavailable, service is poor, the business is is a disorganized mess. We will be taking our business elsewhere - and I highly recommend that others stay away from this untrustworthy dealership.

Provided by YP.comMy wife and I had the pleasure of working with Bob and Eric. After leaving another unnamed Acura dealership in broward. I called Delray Acura and was transferred to Bob. I explained what happened to me at the other dealership and what vehicle we were looking fore. With a few calls back and forth in less than 1 hour had me a vehicle from another facility. By far the quickest and BEST experience at a dealership. Bob put us with Eric to facilitate the deal. Couldn’t ask to me setup with a sales consultant. These are just great people. If your your in the market for a Acura this is the facility and the people you want to see.

Provided by YP.comNobody enjoys buying a car. It is up there with going to the dentist . I must say that my experience with Ron Kirsch and the Delray Acura team was a pleasant surprise. It was relatively painless and Ron was an outstanding salesperson. He didn't waste time and we shared some great Star Trek stories while I was waiting. I will definitely consider returning to this dealership in the future.

Phil Jablon was my sales consultant and he was excellent- very honest, patient and extremely helpful throughout the entire process! Even after the purchase, I stopped by and he took some time to help with a few questions on some of the features of the vehicle. When I left my house this morning, I wasn't sure if I was going to make purchase today, but I did. Got a fair deal on my trade and a great price on my new Sonata. Provided by YP.comRecently visited Delray Acura to see about acquiring a new TLX. We met with Ron Hirsch and had one of the best experiences in dealing with an auto dealership. He made us feel extremely welcome, was very knowledgeable and worked out a very competitive deal. I would not hesitate to recommend Ron and Delray Acura to any of my friends.
We have only had the car for a short period, but are very satisfied with it's initial performance to date. The car handles easy drives quiet and makes us happy that we selected Acura.

I have been buying vehicles for business and pleasure for over 55 years. Until I met and worked with Carlos Menendez as a salesperson I thought all sales people came from the same mold. Carlos is a no pressure individual, which does more to gain respect from potential customers. He would not let my wife and I leave the lot with our new vehicle, until he was sure we understood the complicated (at least to me) equipment and how to operate it. Then a follow up call 2 days later to confirm that we had no unanswered questions. I have already and will continue to recommend Carlos to any one interested in replacing their vehicle. Delray Hyundai has a real Gem in Carlos. I have owned vehicles from a 1962 Nash Rambler, 11 in arrow Lincoln Town Cars, Mercedes Convertible, Lexus, Cadillac, Oldsmobile, Ford Expedition and many others, but so far owning my 2015 Genesis can hold a candle to any one of them. I had previously purchased another Genesis, from a different Hyundai Dealership, and I will not revisit or recommend them to anyone ever again. They told me lies from Salesman to Service dept. personnel. happy customer

Provided by YP.comNOT IMPRESSED with the Service Department. Went with my elderly mother to bring in her car for a recall. THEY parked it (turned off) with the lights on for about 15 minutes - battery died & then they had the nerve to tell my mother that she needed a new battery! The cost would be $165 plus taxes & fees! The girl up front (Morgan - who left the lights on) was so nasty & said "well it's 2 years - time for a new battery!" She never even apologized when I told her I SAW her leave the lights on!! She was so nasty & only wanted me to purchase a new battery! There was also one of the service people there standing next to her and he said "what do want - You want your mother to get stranded on a highway"! I was furious, as they left the lights on & drained the battery. I found out just after asking for the GM or owner, that that she 9Morgan) is the owners Daughter!! And of course he wasn't there. I made them re charge the battery - which they reluctantly did and we left (after they fixed the recall). I went directly to a private mechanic who tested the battery *after it was re charged) and it was fine!! As a side he wanted $112 for the same battery that the dealership wanted $165! If I wasn't with my mother - she would of paid for a new battery!! What a rip off & not even an apology!!! I wonder what else they do to the seniors....

I brought my 2010 TL in for its required maintenance, oil change, rotatation, brakes, etc. I wasn't too shocked with the cost, actually surprised it was less than I thought. My car now drives like it is new. I would like to thank everyone in the service department and will be back in the future.

Provided by YP.comI had a great experience at Delray Acura/Hyundai today. Test drove both the new ILX Elantra and TSX and they are fantastic vehicles. Very luxurious inside and I like the backup cameras. Everyone was nice and answered all my questions. I can recommend this dealership to anyone reading this.

Provided by YP.comAfter looking online for about a week, I stopped at a few different dealerships. I was looking for a good pre-owned car. I liked the Scion tc and Honda Civic. I drove a Veloster and I was impressed on how cool it looked. Delray Hyundai had a few different ones to choose from. I enjoyed my test drive and I really like the car.
