Great staff all the way around and extremely professional.

Be careful of this place, The equipment they use is old and sometimes doesn't work.

The EKG machine wasn't working when I was there, and the Anesthesiologist told me that they bought a pain pump from Ebay. The microscopes for eye surgery are 30 years old and I heard the Dr's complainng about the one in room 1, not working properly and wanted the repair guy to come fix it. The receptionist was slow, and not very friendly, she told me to sign in and have a seat and someone would call me, I was instructed to get there at 7:00 am for surgery and I wasn't called until almost 8:00 am. Once I was called the pre-op nurses were chatting amounst themselves, Only one seemed friendly and was wanting to work, the others were more involved with their cell phones than patients, even though pre-op was full and the lobby was full. Overall the place was nice, not nearly as clean as their website states. And the coffee machine in the lobby wasn't working, so my husband couldn't even get a cup of coffee while he waited. The recover room team was super, Karen and Liz seemed to genuinely care for all of the patients. Other than that I was dollars to them. Find another place for eye surgery.
