Excellent, excellent customer service. We have bought four vehicles from them and they are the by far the most reliable dealer in Florida's east coast.

Purchased a brand new 2012 Subaru Outback today from Delray Subaru (Delray Motors). Ted/manager, Johan/sales (561-454-1800 x330) and Allen/finance were all great to work with. I went to the dealership with cash in hand ready to buy. I walked in to see a dealer on the phone, we made eye contact, but he said nothing to me. About ten minutes went by until he finally called someone on the PA system. When the unkempt man finally arrived he walked right passed me and started talking to the guy on the phone. I sighed under my breath and he turned around and nastily said, "What's your problem!" I told him how long I had been there waiting (30 minutes), only for him to tell me I was wrong, it hadn't been that long. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!! Wayne Aker's Ford treated me very well and was happy to give them my $12,500!!!Nicer selection as well.
