Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a DD. We ordered two iced lattes with whipped cream and one with caramel swirl. After several customers who ordered after us received their orders before we did, we simply asked about our order. The employee, Regan, then asked what we ordered and we gave our receipt. She then realized the drinks were left on the back counter and put some ice in the cups and brought them to the counter. The whipped cream had already melted and one did not have the caramel swirl as requested. We asked if they could add the swirl and were ignored. After expressing dissatisfaction, Regan began to curse at us and continued to ignore our request. We asked for the manager and were told he wasnt here. Regan continued to cuss and told us we could leave, still not tending to our simple request. Another employee finally assisted and returned with the latte and spilled it all over the counter and just walked away leaving us to clean it up. Regan, if I was your boss you would be fired on the spot. You suck at customer service and should not be in a position where you have to interact with customers.
