"Djenane Elsa Imbert, APRN, is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She provides primary care focused on medical excellence and a personalized approach to every patient at Conviva Care Center Central Delray. A member of the AANP since 2014, Ms. Imbert earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Florida Atlantic University. She graduated magna cum laude in 2011. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University and appeared on the Dean’s List, 2003-2004 and the Chancellor’s List, 2004-2005. She is fluent in English, Haitian Creole and proficient in French. When spending time outside of work she enjoys swimming, snorkeling, drawing, painting, and playing the viola as a hobby and she has served as a Salvation Army Volunteer."
