There are no stars low enough to describe Steve Miller. If you like to prepay, be lied to, be treated like a fool, get zero customer service, don’t receive everything you paid for, then Steve Is the guy for you. Don’t be fooled by his kind, caring and helpful attitude when placing your, this is just a facade! We used Steve to purchase window treatments in January 2017 and he still has not completed the job! Sold us rechargeable solar shades but did not give us the chargers! Keeps saying they did not come in yet! Liar! We had issues with 2 treatments. He said he would replace them, but has not. He doesn’t respond to texts, emails or phone calls, he is just a horrible, horrible man! You will NEVER get any service from him, unless of course, you want to place a new order, he will be there licking split to steal your money!!! Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from him. Once you hand over your money to him, that’s when the chase begins to get your product. Don’t be another one of Steve’s victims. He should be ashamed of how disrespectful he treats his clients.

If there was a choice for a negative star rating Steve would earn it hands down. Do check the other reviews that mirror my nightmare with this merchant. He makes promises he doesn't deliver. He promised my 6 chairs would be done in 4-5 weeks. Nine weeks later I initiated a dispute against the payment in Full he required. I should have run out of the shop then. Stupid me did not check the reviews first.
Long story short I have my credit but he will not release my chairs to me without going to court. So if aggravation is What you seek you have come to the right place
