I am letting this shul know it is not right what the DOS synagogue is doing. My father, Larry Klein, has not had his son for Passover for 25 years for reasons of vanity. Has not invited me for Thanksgiving for 25 years. It is not appropriate behavior. I am alone and isolated and vulnerable and my family knows they don't have to care. If something happens to me am a very bad situation.

I have contacted this shul and they don't care and say they don't know me. I live a 1,000 miles away and I can't fight back. It is terrible and extremely hurtful and yet this shul rewards my father that only encourages his behavior to not care about his son when he expresses concern which is exactly what he does. what kind of "Rabbi" is this.

Not caring about your own son or sacrifices your own son to make up for some other problems is wrong. The torah vies this as a very bad sin. Truth be told, my father, Larry Klein, got out of the draft for Vietnam by claiming he was studying to be a Rabbi which was a scam. The way he told me it was a scam. This was many years ago but that is what religion is to my father. A weapon to get out of responsibility and this shul only lets him continue to do that and makes him a directors in this shul. Are more sons or even daughters going to be neglected for reasons of vanity. This is horrible.

This shul is terrible. And other shuls should be aware of it. This is NOT RIGHT!
