Tried to return their DVD at 5pm and the machine was broken. Called next day and was told my card would be charged for the extra day and that machine was still broken so I need to find a location to drop off the DVD or I will be charged again. Oh they gave me two promo codes to use - one for the charge already on my card and a freebie for the inconvenience of going on line to find another location near me before I get charged again. What a convenient service!
