- The Buildings are recent (2003-2004), but they do need a lot of work.

- The Management seriously lack of professionalism, they are always very disrespectful and they really do not try to resolve any of the issues to make the development better.

- There have also been a lot of problems with robberies...

So I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
