If you have never been comfortable on your bike or are looking for an awesome bike this is the best bike shop in south Florida. Jeff and Jim are very knowledgeable and passionate about this sport. They have combined years of experience and can advise on all aspects of biking. They are in a great location, have great hours and can even be reached by email.

About a year and a half ago I decided to get into triathlon's. The knowledge that Jeff Ruth has on cycling and supplementation helped me complete my first 70.3 in Rhode Island last year. I have brough my TT bike and road bike for components and fitting and i have never biked faster. Jim, the bike tech, has a ton of years experience and he has been right on every time with advice as well as the work he has done on my bikes. The team at bicycle lab has brought me from novice to a well rounded triathlete. I completed my first Full Ironman in Panama City and finally broke 5 hours on the disney 70.3 thanks to their help and advice. They will hopefully get me to qualify soon...give them a chance you will be impressed whatever your level or goal.
