Moving from PA to FL was stressful enough and Town & Country just made it two thousand times worse. I submitted all the paperwork they required which was very extensive. Other condo associations did not require this much and there was no timeframe on when they would approve me. After three weeks of waiting they told the owner of the property to keep waiting. Most associations have an expedited process, but not Town & County. They just want you to wait 2 months when you are just renting not buying. If you want to wait 2 to 3 months to rent then I would say go ahead and rent from them, if not, go find another association who listens to their owners and actually goes through your paperwork instead of sitting on it.
