me and my husband went there. we were charched 200, plus they were so upset that we refused from additional treAtment called - personal inhaler( would cost us 140 dollars more). we were so polite and they even did not say us Good buy, their faces were so sad....we had bronhites, dic prescribed us z-pack, which unfortunatly did not help me, so i left couple messages to the doc and he never called me back!!!!! when i came in for a renewing my prescription i had to pay again( i did not of course) . the doc really looks like not a doctor, but disco- dancer. from the beginning started to ask my husband about his business.....we are vetry unhappy with their service

Dr. Tran has been my general practitioner for 7 years. I rate him as the best I have ever had. He has a wide knowledge of internal medicine and has been as effective as many specialists in treating specific problems, including ear and gastro-intestinal disorders. Dr. Tran's does not believe in ordering unnecessary tests, and will make sure that his regular patients are not talking medications long-term they do not need (a problem in the USA)-- he took me off two medications other doctors said I needed to talk on a long-term basis. His patient manner is excellent, his staff highly efficient and considerate (I have never had a problem with billing), and I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes for an appointment -- I usually can walk right in. I cannot rate Doctor Tran and his staff any higher. One more thing-- although Dr. Tran is Vietnamese, he only practices Western medicine.

Was told on day of visit that they could not confirm insurance and they would call the next day to confirm. They said that they needed to charge for the full amount and would in 24 hours credit my charge card the difference. They have been paid in full by my insurance company and confrim that they have received full payment. It has been almost 6 months and 12 phone calls later I still do not have the $75.00 refund.
