Tad or Todd is great. Helpful, patient and kind. Aaron, store manager...quick, rude and not at all helpful. He talks at you not to you and is disrespectful. He should not be in the sales and service business. If he was my only choice I would never step foot in the store. I bought 3 iPhones and an iPad from them and deserve better service than this arrogant manager. This is a franchise and the owner should be addressing these comments. Not ignoring them.

i have always used this verizon store since it opened. ordered an iphone due to arrive last week and aaron was pretty rude in telling me if its not there, it hasn't arrived yet. today is the 24th ... it was due on the 22nd . They were pretty adamant for the unit to be paid for before ordering, and did. $400+ later, I still do not have my phone. he hung up on me ... really guys???? was this necessary???

The above review should be taken down because it does not reflect service I recieved at this particular Verizon Wireless store. The manager Todd is always friendly and ready to help me with any problems or isssues I have. Also I am pretty tech savy and can say that if a trackball on a old blackberry is broken it needs to be repaired at a repair center, sent to verizon for repair or the phone is to be replaced. Aparently the above review isnt familiar with proper procedure and was wrong in calling out the employees they were only doing there job, I highly recommend this store for all your wireless needs.

This store will be closed real soon in my honest opinion. I went there yesterday and the two guys behind the counter were eating sandwiches at 6pm or so and greeted me very nicely but that was the only "service' I received. I had a tracker ball problem and asked them if they could repair....."No...we don't repair...nobody repairs".....was the response and then I asked them if they could look my situation over and they said NO.....you need a new phone...it's broke and thats it......so i politely started to walk out and then the one guy said...."we can get you an upgrade and i said no thanks......terrible sales and service attitude with these two guys.....this store will be closing soon......IMHO. A verizon wireless customer.
