We made a purchase through your drive-through last saturday morning. The young man who served us sounded morose on the loudspeaker and was no better when we paid him. At the pick-up window we could see a female employee who was obviously in the middle of an altercation with another employee and looked very threatening and could be heard arguing from our car. It was an unpleasant experience and even though I had requested cream and sugar for my coffee, neither were in the bag. Our chicken snack wraps were loosely "wrapped" and poorly filled and tepid. They were difficult to eat while driving. We often buy the same order from the McDonalds across Military Trail but your store was more convenient as we buy our gas in the station next to it.



I understand that working at Wendy's isn't particularly well-paid and probably not very stimulating but your employees are paid for their participation and need to realize that anybody could be driving through or entering that restaurant and, if impressed, might even offer them a better job working for their business . If I were the Manager/Owner I would remind them of this on a daily basis.
