I ordered a drink . After she took my money she handed me my cup with her dirty fingers inside my cup. I asked her for a new cup without her fingers inside. She handed me a new one in a very sarcastic way. I guess Mc Donald's doesn't train anymore. When I worked there in high school we were told never to touch the inside of a cup because we were handling money and other things. I know the health inspectors agree. Makes me wonder what else they do to contaminate their food. Some one should inspect them.

In the eleven years we've lived in the Delta area, this has been one of the worst McDonalds we've been too (service wise). Their staff has difficulty in remembering orders, and frequently mixes the orders up when serving them to you. For example, this morning I placed a simple order (via drive thru) of a large iced tea with lemon, two apple pies, and a large iced mocha. The order was correct at the screen. When we arrived at the window, we recieved a large SWEET tea with lemon (which we returned to the window, and they gave us back a large tea without lemon), the two apple pies, and a large iced mocha which did not have any chocolate mixed in it! I took my first sip of it as we headed down the road, which I thought was horrible. We didn't go back, because we had already gone too far to turn around by then. I am so disappointed with the calibur of people working at the restaurant, and the wait times on a normal day are way beyond what should happen in a "fast food" restaurant. It's one of the only games in town to get a fast breakfast meal, but if I had another choice that had better service, I would go there instead (even though I like my morning sausage McMuffin with egg & hash browns!).
