Provided by YP.comWe used this company for 2 years. We found that communicating with this firm was very difficult. The principals of the firm did not return phone calls and the staff did not have good customer service skills. They did not keep us informed about the progress of our tax return so we were never sure when it would be completed. We will not move forward with them.
