In the middle of building a custom home. There have been building code violations from the beginning. Bill Matthews refuses to address, blows you off, until caught by inspectors. Do not trust him. Seven months into the project and we still do not have a satisfactory framing inspection. Bank pulled funds when he tried to do the framing draw, knowing he did not have a sat inspection, violated the terms of the loan. His contract violates Maryland law. If you use him, you may regret it. Buyer beware.
