I had a leaking water heater and called Ken because of the reviews. Best decision I could have ever made. The leaky tank was on a platform and part of it went through the ceiling into the attic. It involved a particularly gnarly removal process and deconstruction of the platform, but Ken took the job. At my request, Ken installed a tankless water heater to replace the old tank. I am very happy with the new water heater and am glad to have had such a professional do what was needed from start to finish.

Have had occasion to use Ken a few times and he is prompt and prices are reasonable, highly recommend

We had a pipe leak in our attic that needed immediate attention on a Sunday morning. We were able to get ahold of Ken at Anderson Plumbing. He came out an hour and half after I contacted him, and promptly found the source/cause of leak and fixed it.. He was extremely helpful, fairly priced for an emergency visit on a Sunday morning. He also connected us to a service that is due to arrive in ten minutes to clean up all of the water damage, and spoke to the solar company whose installation caused the leak....... - I would recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing assistance !

I picked Ken off this website because his site says that he answers his own phone. He does! He came out when he said he would and was very friendly. We discussed various issues. He got right to work after that replacing my water heater and when finished, cleaned up the site. Very knowledgeable. He also fixed a problem with the hot water taking a long time getting to the master bedroom. This had been a source of irritation for a long time. Now we have a new water heater and our hot water comes on in seconds instead of 4 minutes! We are very satisfied with his work. Would definitely use him again. You should too.

We had a backed up sink drain. It was a Saturday. Called Ken, was here within an hour and fixed the problem professionally and left the work area clean and neat.

Called him, and yes, he answers the phone. However, after explaining the problem I was having, he said "I don't work on condos" and had no recommendation of who to call that would.

I had a water heater go bad and called Ken after reading some outstanding reviews about him. As he says on his website, he answers the phone. He came out that evening right away and installed a new water heater at a very reasonable price comparable to what everyone else charges. You more than get what you pay for with Ken. This guy is a Master Plumber and did one heck of an install for my water heater. The plumbing is Grade A Good and just by watching him work, I knew he was an experienced professional all the way. This guy is the real deal. If you have plumbing problems, do not hesitate to give Ken a call. You will not regret it. He will be my only plumber from now on. Ken took his time to listen to our plumbing problem over the phone. He recommended septic service instead of his service. He was right. He also provided advice and recommends on how to prevent future septic problems---all free of charge. He was prompt on answer his calls, Thanks a bundle.

I recently had the misfortune to have a slab leak late one night. This is when a hot water pipe under the slab of your house springs a leak. You're not just leaking water, you're losing HOT water you're paying to heat! Having dealt with a slab leak in the past, I knew this involved jackhammers and mud, lots of noise and concrete mess. I was not looking forward to this repair.

I called Ken...best decision I could have made! He had the job done with a minimum of fuss and mess, even though he had to go through the concrete slab. He explained what he repaired, and showed me the work. He gave me an extremely reasonable price...he was worth every penny!

Call Ken....I know I will if I have another plumbing issue!

FABULOUS PLUMBER!! Can I even say more. Ken came out to our house and replaced an old gas water heater with an electric one and I must say from the first time we spoke with him on the phone till the very end of the service, his presence is very comfortable. His service was impeccable and in an age when you need a plumber you can trust, I can fully say my husband and I have found ours. There's no strategy to try to sell you something or unusual costs that you question, he puts it right out there for you at reasonable rates. The water company also called us about a leak on our property, Ken came out and started with the smallest of the small instead of going for the most expensive route, and it turned out to be the first thing he looked at. The fix was easy and hardly any cost. So we called him back for our water heater exhange. We are so pleased. Thankyou Ken.

Fantastic service! Mr Anderson was very knowledgable and patient. He had to climb up into our attic to look at the water tank, and was not phased in the least! Great guy!!!

We had a leak in our shower and on our roman tub. Ken was able to fix our problem and helped us with several other plumbing related issues we were having. I chose him based on his reviews and I must say that they were very accurate. He is patient (we had lots of questions and two small children) and knowledgable as well as fair. His price was more than fair and he was done in a timely fashion. I will ALWAYS use Mr. Ken for any plumbing problems we ever have.

Arrived on time. Diagnosed problem quickly. Provided fair estimate for repairs on the spot. Had the parts already on the truck and had the job done in two hours.

I am sooo very impressed with Ken Anderson of Anderson plumbing. I called Mr. Anderson regarding a problem with the plumbing in my house. After spending quite some time on the phone explaining the situation, Mr. Anderson gave me his professional opinion of what the issue was and advised me that once the new water heater (being installed by a different company) was installed that he felt the problem would correct itself. I was very impressed that Mr. Anderson helped me on the phone rather than ask to come out, charge me a service charge only to tell me that once the water heater was installed, it would work.



THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT PUTS CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE THE $$$$$$ signs. Will definately call him if I ever have a problem.

We started using Ken Anderson Plumbing one record-cold Sunday when we thought we had a burst pipe. No one else answered their phone - not even our long-time plumber - even thought they all claimed "24-hour emergency service." He came when he said he would, and investigated thoroughly and professionally (it wasn't a burst pipe), and his fee was incredibly reasonable. We've used him ever since, with great satisfaction. He comes when he says he will, fixes the problem, and charges so fairly. And he's a great guy on top of all that. Even helps provide low-fee (or free) service to our military families when he can. Can't recommend anyone more highly; we've lived many places & had many plumbers.
