I wouldn't have gone here if I knew I would had such a bad experience. They Change my name. Had the wrong Policy from my Insurance because of the wrong name. They doubled billed me. My insurance had no idea it was me or that my Policy was different. So they paid on the wrong person and policy. When I found out and tried to straightened it out "Billing and Patient Coordinator" would listen to me or take my card. She kept yelling at me that the person was me. They don't have my Birthdat nor my Middle initial. How is this me. Ugh.

Great dental office, highly recommend. Was able to get appt. as new patient within 24 hours, entire staff of assistants are caring and helpful and Dr. Amaro is the best dentist I have had anywhere! Schedule appts early in the day and no waiting!

The ABSOLUTE worst dentist office I have ever come across. We went to the Deltona office on Deltona Blvd. The first visit we waited over 2 hours past our scheduled appt. time. We were told this was due to them being down an assistant. We waited 2 weeks for insurance approval. Our next visit we arrived 15 min. prior to our scheduled appt. for a root canal and porcelain crown placement. After an hour an assistant asked to speak with me. She told me they could not do our scheduled procedure because they did not have the supplies needed. I asked her why they didn't call me earlier to reschedule and why they kept me waiting an hour to tell me this. I was told they were too busy to call me or let me know when we arrived. Needless to say I was very upset. I understand that things happen but to not give someone the common courtesy of a phone call so that our time wasn't wasted is inexcusable. I should have read the reviews prior to booking appts. It would have saved me a lot of aggravation. Now I know why Greenberg Dental has such a bad reputation.
