Do a business search of the transfer agent you want to use, Globex is listed as 5-9 employees with 100,000-500,000 in annual revenue. From what is posted, this is a high risk company. If you use them after reading this, and anything goes wrong, your shareholders can ask you about what due diligence you exercised when selecting them.

Use any search engine and you will see there are pages of transfer agents. Check them out and use someone who charges a reasonable setup fee and most importantly, someone whom you can leave if you want to.
