Joe (the owner) and his son have been servicing my pool for over a year. I have never had any issues with them and they have been polite and professional. Would highly recommend.

Buyer beware!!! Worst customer service. I can't even get a recipe stating the account as be paid in full. Horrible book keeping over charging the disabled for multiple months and then discontinues services because he used extra chemicals but refuses to prove he provided any extra chemicals. He will take your money and run. He will send nasty emails and call you names. He will over charge you and then leave. Stay away!!!!

The owner is rude and tactless. Accusatory and miserable. In addition, the pool service provided was mediocre at best, particularly for what they charge.

This company is horrible and completely disrespectful. Had them for a month and a half. The father is probably the only one who actually knows what he’s doing, but is completely disrespectful, rude, and is looking for a fight whenever or Where ever he can. His son on the other hand is completely sneaky little snake who half a** everything and then recommends things that need to be "fixed" and then fixes it without asking or getting permission. THEN, on top of that bills you for these things even though you have not given proper permission. For example: apparently our timer was "broken and needed fixing" and he had brought this up with my girlfriend she wanted to consult the landlord first before we have him do it. Next thing we know we get a bill for a new timer for 125$. Ridiculous! So second month in we had already paid our $100 towards the next month kept them for a week and cut them off due to the half a** effort they were putting in and put the 75$ towards the 125$ leaving us with a $50 bill left over. Not to mention they left a floatation device in the pool even though we already have one of our own for bleach tablets, and also bills us for that. We told him no take it back we don’t need it, when he gets here they not only did he take the floatation device but one of our tubes for our vacuum. they are currently holding it hostage for their measly 50$ and on top of that threatened to beat me up and wanted me to waste my time, gas, and patience to come find him an fight him....so yea if you decide to take this company on....good luck!!!!

I agree with every negative review! Joe is the rudest, meanest, scariest,most obnoxious person I ever hired to uncover, clean and maintain my inground pool. He was here 5 times but never got it clean after uncovering it. He doesnt know the basics about cleaning pools! I dared to tell him nicely, calmly the vacuum hose was hooked up wrong and the filter was so clogged, the dead algae he vacuumed went right back in the pool every time, so he never got it clean. In response,he screamed at the top of his lungs yelling profanities at me, called me names. I was shocked...and afraid of him and I dont scare easily. I am an elderly disabled woman who did not use one cuss word or yell at him. Beware!

BUYER BEWARE! Joe showed up on day 1 and collected the payment for the month in advance. Week 2........never showed up due to rain!! Week 3........claims he was there but I was home all day & never saw him. I discovered black spots in the pool and called. Joe promptly called me crazy and said that I was nothing but a problem. He refused to come out and I even offered to sent him photos of the black spots. He used foul language and never showed up again. Turned out to be algae and a $15.00 bottle of chemical from pinch a penny resolved the problem. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I CALLED ALL THE WAY FROM AFGHANISTAN TO HAVE MY POOL SERVICED. JOE PROMISED ME THAT IT WOULD BE DONE BY THE TIME I HAD GOTTEN HOME. WELL I WENT HOME AND CAME BACK AND ITS STILL NOT DONE. ITS BEEN THREE MONTHS AND 4 BRAND NEW FILTERS LATER. HE CAME OVER ONCE A WEEK AND EVERYTIME HE CAME OVER NEVER SAID ANYTHING AND JUST LEFT EVERYTIME UNLESS HE HAD A BILL TO GIVE. ADDITIONALLY THE ONLY SUPPLIES HE EVER BROUGHT BY WAS A BUCKET WITH A LITTLE SHOCK IN IT. HE USED MY POOL SUPPLIES TO CLEAN MY OWN POOL. I EVEN HAD TO TAKE A BRICK OUT OF THE POOL MYSELF AFTER A MONTH OF LOOKING AT IT. NOW TO TOP THIS ALL OFF HE TOLD ME THAT THE POOL ONLY NEEDED ONE MORE SERVICE TO BE COMPLETE. WELL AFTER HE COLLECTED HIS PAYMENT WE LOOKED IN THE FILTER AND SAW THAT HE HAD PLACED A COMPLETELY DAMAGED FILTER IN THE PLACE OF ONE OF THE NEW ONES THAT WE PURCHASED. HE NEVER TOLD US A THING AND THIS HAD BEEN TWO WEEKS LATER THAT WE NOTICED THAT. SO NOW THE POOL LOOKS HORRIBLE HES 700 RICHER AND MY POOL STILL NEEDS CLEANING. DONT LET HIS WEBSITE FOOL YOU. 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE MORE LIKE 10 DAYS EXPERIENCE. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND HIM TO CLEAN MY BLOW UP KIDDIE POOL. IF THEY HAD MINUS STARS I WOULD GIVE MINUS 5 STARS.
