CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:30am

I received a key to open a large box because my package will not fit in my box. The lock is so rusted that the key will not open it. I will have to wait and watch for the mail person to come tomorrow so he can open it from the other side. Please change the lock with one that will work.

The drivers are the worst ever! Cannot seem to do a simple three point turn in my driveway without running over my lawn and causing a gross muddy mess. Four foot reflectors? Tried that, they ran them over. Consistently delivering me the wrong mail and when I called the main 800 number, they retaliated against me by threatening to have my mailbox moved and that until then they were going to hold my mail. The driver screamed at me when I told her to not drive on my lawn. The postmaster never in four years discussed my concerns. And the driver when I went up to the post office to discuss their retaliation attempt, I could hear him in the back yelling about either me or the lady who was before me complaining about his driving. They need to clean house. There's one guy at the front that actually understood my concerns and would have addressed them had he had any authority to over the useless postmaster and confrontational drivers!

I had to call them because I ordered something online and noticed I put the wrong zip code but with the right address, they scanned it at their office to come to my office and deliver the next day. The guy I was on the phone with was nice too.

Worst place ever. Do not trust. Rude. Waste of time to try to call. All around bad place. If i could cgange my zip code i would in a heartbeat

The Deltona Blvd Post Office has an older lady there with brown hair who is very rude and not very knowledgeable. I watched her practically make a senior citizen cry because she couldn't understand what she was saying. There was NO reason for it, she just had No patience, no customer service skills, why do they put someone this unhappy behind the counter???

the people who work the desk at the howland office are rude and talk to you like you are stupid

The new mail delivery driver is ruining the landscaped area around my mailbox in the Deltona High School area. She doesn't seem to care! She drives like a crazy person. Signs in other yards have also been run over that are near mailboxes. I do not appreciate this whatsoever.

I had two packages waiting for the carrier and HE NEVER SHOWED UP !!!
