Terrible experience - was quoted one price over the phone - asked for double that fee before treatment at the day of the appointment and negotiated and agreed to pay 1 1/2 times what I was quoted. After treatment (10 minute removing braces which took 3 hours) when going to pay at the front counter was presented with an invoice of 2x the quoted price - screamed at - and told by the office manager that she is the only person authorized to give quotes and decide what the fees are. Worst experience at a dentist office since my childhood!
