We leased a "bundle" on the 13th of Oct - TV and Entertainment Center - well the first week in Dec the TV started cracking and popping and going out - called them and they came out a few days later - said it was a power cord and they would order one so we waited until mid Jan - husband went down and they gave him a power cord - still cracking and popping - went last night and they said they would send someone out - in the meantime we have to unplug it when we watch it as we are scared of a fire - they need to just fix or replace it - they are not backing their products and or services as they say they are - they should have given us either a loaner until the tv is fixed or another tv of our choice with whatever we have already paid twards it - not happy with this service or store at all
