I am so disgusted with this place. No one will answer the phone and I have called countless times trying to get my Grandmothers name on the waiting list. No option to leave message. Poor management at it's finest. I wouldn't want my loved ones to live where there is no one available in case of emergencies. Very angry with the situation as there is not a lot of places to choose from but this one is not a choice anymore. Don't waste your time people. I had to mark a star to post this but they don't have a minus star option.
