This place is the worst!!! Bad customer service, price different from the amount quoted and the vehicle still wasn't fixed! After a long disagreement over the bill, which was double the amount quoted, we had to take the vehicle to a dealership to fix it, because it wasn't running correctly. I called and asked them for the receipts and warranty information so that if the problem was a faulty part it could be exchanged. The receptionist told me she WASN'T going through all the receipts, and the work was only warranted through them! I called a second time and spoke with someone else and requested the information again, I was cussed out and hung up on. I called a third time and cussed out again,and hung up on. The fourth time I called I was told that if I contacted them again they would contact the police and I shouldn't call there again. This was by far the worst auto repair experience of my life!!!!!

I was given a quote of 800 Dollars , the bill is 1,670.61 . I was upset at the increase without being notified and they offered to remove any parts I didn't want to pay for . This is predatory and in my opinion criminal
