I'd hired this "attorney" to represent my wife in certain civil matters which included repayment of child support arrearage owed to her by her ex- husband. After losing a hearing where her ex represented HIMSELF due to lack of preparation, he went on to make an error in preparation of court paperwork that resulted in my wife losing the child support arrearage! My wife found out after she contacted the county prosecutors office to inquire about her child support payments being lowered. She was told that Mr. Kallenbach was the only one that can correct the error, and to contact him. When she reached out to Kallenbach he'd told her that "they don't know what they're talking about" and "the judge will understand". After my wife advised the prosecutors office of his response, they attempted to contact Kallenbach numerous times, to which he refuses to respond. To put the icing on the proverbial cake, he has now withdrawn as my wife's attorney.
Recommend? Absolutely not
