We are an affordable living community for 55+ residents who want a quaint country feel not far from city life. Our community has a swimming pool, large clubhouse, on site laundry facility, and a car wash. We also have active social clubs which participates in activities such as Bingo, potlucks, card games, and special holiday events. The clubhouse has all kitchen amenities and can accomodate a large group and be reserved for special events. Country Squire Mobilehome park is located one mile from Turlock and about ten miles from Central Modesto. We are close to shopping, dining, post office, and library. We provide greenbelt areas around the community and guest parking throughout. This is country living at its best.
