This company continued to charge our account after we had given multiple notices that we were vacating the unit and were out timely. They were incredibly rude when we went back to discuss the issue with them and refused to produce their copy of our contract because they 'keep it somewhere else and it's hard to get to'. They also allow garage sales on the site, or they are holding them, and many of the units are not accessible on weekends because of the traffic from the garage sales. Overall, very unprofessional, the units are not secure (we had issues with break-ins), we were told of other people who had water damage to their items and would not use this company again.
