After they changed hands, the lady that checked us in was very rude and talked to us like we were stupid kids, we are well over 30. After the way she talked to us, we will never take our dog here again and I will make sure to tell the person who referred that place to us how they treated us.

I TOOK MY LITTLE SHIH TZU TO BIG DOG LITTLE DOG ABOUT 5 TIMES NOW. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM ALL .EVERYONE IS SO NICE AND CARING.MY DOG IS ALWAYS RELAXED GOING IN AND COMING HOME I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM,

Take our chihuahua there to get her nails done. She was scared the 1 st. Time but loves going now. They are so nice and treat her good.

This is the best place to take your pets. They are very warm, caring and make my dog feel very comfortable. I have used several groomers before I found Big Dog Little Dog and they treated my dogs horribly, they would come home with flees and they hated to even walk to the door. The owner plays with your pets and makes them feel at home which means a lot to me since my pets are like my kids. Plus all the other workers are very nice and caring and take great care of your pets. You also don't have to leave your pets there all day long, once they are finished you are able to come pick them up. You guys are doing a great job keep it up!
