I went to the Hampton Inn last night. The people were very rude. I wasn't happy with my 2 rooms and decided not to stay. We were there less than 5 minutes . Only stepped into one room. Never touched anything. They refused to give me a refund, said they had to clean the rooms . Talked to the manager Doug today he wouldn't let me talk kept saying I wasn't being fair. Said he would refund me for one room . But I still haven't gotten any refund. WON'T BE BACK.

I am a true road warrior, staying at hotels over 200 nights per year. Hands down, this hotel has the best service of any hotel I have stayed at in 10 years. In this world of lost customer service, this hotel is exceeding people's expectations on a daily basis.
