I was at Schlotzsky's where Hwy 120 crosses over 75 on Friday Night November 4, 2016 at 8:30 pm. I was in town helping my niece move and we were so very hungry so pulled in to get food. I would just like to say that was the worst Original Sandwich I have ever had. It had 3 pieces of paper thin meat on it and that was all the meat. It tasted like fried bologna but may have been salami. It was over cooked and the whole think was dry. It had very little veggie on it. My order was a to go order for 3 people so therefore I didn't realize the order wasn't right until I got to Pottsboro. Too far to drive back. I ordered 3 med originals (got small), 3 chips (only got 2)
and 3 drinks and it was 30.00 only to open sack and find out the order wasn't right and awful to boot. I had eaten there once before and my sandwich was dry but wanted to give it another try. No more. I am spoiled to a big juicy medium origianl with lots of meat and veggies where I go. If that is a 5 star rating then the people there must not know what a really good schlotzys taste like.
Just wanted management to know what is going on there sometimes.
