I called this business because I live in another state and needed a cleaning service for a relative who was disabled and unable to clean for themselves. I expected understanding and compassion for the situation. What I got was the relative treated with rudeness. When I had not heard from them, I contacted the company and was told they were not interested in doing the job and they hung up on me. Their references include some of the most prestigious companies and families in area in Oklohoma. Apparently, they can't be bothered with someone who really needs their help and doesn't live in conditions on the same level as their other rich clients. I called back to tell them that I had told them there was a lot of work to be done at the relatives house and that I was used to dealing in a more professional manner and I did not appreciate being hung up on. He informed me that he was about to hand up on me again because he didn't want to F***king talk to me. Very professional !!!
