The manager likes to act like a teenager and can't handle some one not liking her, so she asks her employees to ban my entrance.(oh yeah have to mention she is only at this store a few times a year) Sorry its not my fault she lacks customer service skills, is generally disgruntled and rude. This wasn't the first time either.

I was told the Owner did not care about the store and he would like to close it, he did not care about his return customers, and loosing my business wouldn't matter. We were spending on average 15k a year, last year was 20k. If I was a business owner pretty sure I would notice that loss. I do hope he gets a chance to see this.

My family and I have been daily loyal customers of this little local bait shop since the day they opened. Knew the employees, they knew us, they have seen our good days, and our bad, know our kids, even the dogs. All destroyed because someone can't stand not being liked. You don't want our business, and loyalty thats fine. Happy to take it elsewhere, pretty sure Dave's will enjoy having our business back.
