Purchased a King size mattress set in July that was supposed to be as good as a commercial hotel type set. Mattress evidently had a bad place in fabric on the side, Bad spot on side became a hole. Manufacture says they are not responsible for tares in fabric and Rhoads will not exchange it. only 5 months old. Lousy customer care and appreciation. I will not buy any thing else from this store.

This store sells overpriced ,cheaply made furniture. Their service department is of no service. I will never buy anything, and would not advise anyone else to do business with Rhoads furniture. I purchased four thousand dollars of furniture, less than two years ago, and half of it has fallen apart.
