Definitely recommend! Custom Fence was fairly quick on getting my fence put up (approx. 4 weeks) but it was so worth the wait, it's beautiful!! No issues with communication, and everybody was so kind and helpful.

Easy to work with and they did an awesome job installing my vinyl fence! The crew and everybody in the office are very polite and super helpful.

I just had a new gate built for the back of my fence. Chris's crew did a great job and answered any questions that I had. Also Eric (the owner) showed up at the start of the job to make sure everything was ready to go. That shows the pride he has in his company and crew.

I was very happy with custom fencing! I was referred to them from my mom and coworker who both had fences done from here. So naturally, when my fence blew over, I called them. They were nice throughout the entire process. No one else in the area could even touch their prices. The only things I was not happy about was 1.How many people I had to talk to, to get estimates, schedules, etc. and 2. how long it took to get calls back.

Did a great job doing my fence. The crew was very respectful with our lawn, and very easy to talk to.

The workers were very nice and we had good conversation while they still did their work. And to me that is important. Thank you for getting it done and in a nice timely manner. They did an excellent job, installed a great fence and very professional. Yes, I would recommend them again.

My interaction with Custom Fence from beginning to end was nothing short of superb. The salesman, Eric, was very prompt to our appointments and he was always available for questions. Once the fence was complete, I noticed 2 very minor issues I wanted addressed and they were dealt with in very short order AND to my satisfaction...on the first visit. The fence looks great and has certainly added to the appearance of our home. I highly recommend Custom Fence.

All communication after the deposit was poor at best.
The fence was constructed in some cases nearly 6" inside the post markers.
The red cedar used was knot-holed, staple filled, cracked and gouged. Vinyl tagging was left on every board.
Many flowers, plants and landscaping decor was trampled or damaged.
Post hole dirt was discarded into landscaping stone rock beds.
The nail gun was over pressured driving the nails more than half way through the boards. Some boards were even missing nails but had the holes pressure driven by the nail gun.
The old post holes are left open with no fill.
The gates are wider than proposed and sway with any breeze.
Each board at every post could not be nailed properly which leaves it sticking out and vulnerable to breakage.
The tracks from equipment did extensive damage to my lawn leaving rocks and stones everywhere for the lawnmower.
They wanted full payment immediately and now they will not follow up on any issues. If hired, this may be your only recourse

I'm very happy I decided to have Custom Fence replace my entire fence. It was a pretty big job, about 240 linear ft., but they surprised me and got the job finished in two days.

It was easy to set an appointment to have someone come to discuss my project. Eric, the estimator, was very professional and helpful. In about 30 mins, the project was discussed, all measurements completed and an estimate made available. Eric remained the consultant responsible for the project throughout the entire time.

The open communication channel was a key part of the success of the project. The company, Eric, and the crew working on the fence were always available to answer questions and to discuss issues as they came up (roots, adjustments, style, etc).
They use high quality materials and took the time required to complete a professional installation.

The project was completed on time and both the fence and the front gate look beautiful. I certainly recommend Custom Fence!

We had fence installed Oct 2014. Pic is of "finishing work". Not only do they provide poor craftsmanship, but horrid customer service. Spent the past 3 weeks requesting information/price quote/fix through phone calls and emails, at least 6 requests, and still have not accomplished anything. Finally went down the road to Whirlwind fencing, got what I needed, information on how to try to fix it myself, all within 10 minutes. I love Home Depot, but can't believe the are contracting with Custom Fence.
