We were driving into the Dennis Port, MA area to start our family vacation and started hearing a loud sound coming from the front end of my Jeep. After driving over 970 Miles, we were tired and ready to relax, but knew we had to find someone to fix the jeep because we were leaving in a couple days to our next destination. At 4:45 p.m. we started calling around and the stress started building because we were having a hard time finding a garage that would get us in yet alone spend any time talking to us because they were getting ready to close at 5. Thank goodness we called Town Auto!!!! They talked to us, took the time to understand the problem and told us to bring it in first thing in the morning. We arrived in the morning and they quickly fixed our vehicle and were very reasonable! Thank God we found them. Highly recommend them!

Outstanding service and competitive pricing. They've performed both major and minor work on my car, and diagnose quickly and accurately. Moved down South and continue to have work done there. On a recent trip up, they checked all fluids, etc. at no charge! And suggested I stop by for a tire check before returning home!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR AUTO SERVICING!! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN A LOT OF OTHER PLACES AROUND. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE FEW CUSTOMERS THEY HAVE OR ARE LOSING FOR THAT MATTER...SO EVEN IF YOU HAVE GONE HERE IN THE PAST THERE IS NO NEED TO GO BACK AGAIN. THEY ARE PLENTY OF OTHER LOCAL MECHANICS AROUND. DO NOT CHOOSE TOWN AUTO SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT A HASSLE!!!!

Great place. My family and I have been going to Town Auto for years and they are very professional and knowledgable. They stand behind their work and have pride in what they do. My sister had car trouble in CT at school and a mechanic there priced her at $750 to repair, so she called Town Auto and they told her that they were taking advantage of her. They said her car would be safe to drive to the Cape and they would do it for $400, but if she broke down on the way he would come tow her in for free. I've also been in my mother's van as a light came on. We pulled in and the owner came out, topped off fluids/ rectifed the problem and sent us on our way free of charge.
