first it rained my items they were soaking wet and they wanted to do nothing about it. The other thing is my items were eventually sold without my notification before or after it happened. I only found out when I made my next payment. when I called the storage to find out what happened and when my items were sold. The guy said "he didn't know and I needed to talk to the manager" when I called back later to talk to the manager I was put on hold!! I had to seek legal advice about my situation so be careful this place will give you a crocodile smile.
