Came in only for a TV today but their customer service skills and great deals also had me purchase 2 laptops that I've been wanting for a while!!! So excited today!!! Thanks Rocket and a big THANKS to your crew��������

I just went in yesterday to get an a/c unit. not only did they not have all the parts needed to install a unit, the units they brought out from the back were filthy and when plugged in blew dirt and debris all over myself and anyone within 10 feet. then when i did buy a unit, i get it home only to find out that even after letting it sit over night it doesn't get any cooler than 73 degrees. on the reciept it states that all items are sold "as is" unless a warranty is purchased. I was never even asked if i wanted a warranty so now i am stuck with what is essentially an overpowered FAN instead of a working a/c unit. will never shop there again and absolutely will tell ppl NOT to shop there. the selection is minimal as well for other items and everything in the store looks dirty and well used as if it came from the curb.
