These people were excellent! However, what brought me to write a review on this place was actually the cook. I am gluten free and was so for years before it became known so I am used to bringing my own GF stuff to eat. When a place has GF options, it is usually severely limited; I am not complaining, just stating a truth. What surprised me was that when the cook found out that I was GF, he went out of his way to make sure that I had almost every option on the menu a GF alternative. Let me tell you, It has been YEARS since I have had pancakes and this guy made not just regular but chocolate chip and blueberry GF as well as the gluten type for the rest of the members at our retreat. AND his GF options were very tasty! I definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!!
