This is the Harshest, Most Arrogant Company I have ever seen living here My 8 years in Denton, TX.. This Company does NOT work well with Their Customers.. Very Money Hungry.. As well as a Few other Establishments in this City.. I know that there are Alot of Families struggling to make ends meet.. Then Their electric gets cut off.. Then You charge them ALL these fees, Just to turn back on Their services, Then add a Security Deposit, $40 Delinquent Fee, Which in turn makes Their bill Bigger and Harder to pay.. This is Ridiculous!!!!! And as Big as Denton has Grown, THIS CITY NEEDS MORE RESOURCES to HELP THEIR PEOPLE!!!!! Because They're the People of Why Denton Companies still have Their Businesses.. Literally for Me, I will do My best to Shop Online or Out of the City.. They can't Help Their people, I can't contribute to this City.. They need to come up with a Different Plan.. Put the People that are Struggling on Payment/Budget Plans that REALLY Need it!!!! You see Their Payment History?? Not Just the College Kids.. Their Human just like Us.. Otherwise, We should VOTE on DE REGULATION and get Other Electric Companies here that We choose to spend Our money!!!! Not the Our Way or the Highway Motto!!!!
