Not impressed considering they are one of the more expensive services. I tried them more than once, hoping the first time was just a fluke and they'd be better the second time they came out. But the second time was just as bad as the first. There were places in my houes they "missed" when it came to mopping or dusting... and I could tell the master bathroom was very lightly cleaned. Very disappointed to say the least. I will not be using them again. I think the icing on the cake was when I came home and there was a note telling me the clock on my coffee table was broken and they weren't sure if they had broken it or if I had left it that way. This clock had iron legs on it that had been shattered and the pieces were just sitting on my coffee table. Sure... I broke my own clock and just left all the broken pieces sitting on my table. I do not want dishonest people in my home. What if that had been my expensive TV? Insurance doesn't matter if your workers aren't honest...

We have been very happy with their house cleaning, office cleaning and we just found out that they do carpet cleaning too with a very detailed process that we are very impressed with. I also like that it is the same group of ladies each time & that they can be trusted with my home and office. We recommend them to others.

I have been using clean reflections for a couple of years now and I love the consistency of the same team each time they come to clean. They work hard and their office staff is always nice to work with if I ever have a question or concern. I would definitely would recommend them!

Not impressed. I used them for several months and again to clean before a party. Every time I have had to let them know they missed either the bathroom or forgot to mop or something. This last time broke the camels back. I spent several hours cleaning up after them and when I called to let them know they only had excuses. It was too hot in my house apparently and they couldn't work the thermostat. This forced them to lose their concntration. I was able to clean in 78 degrees. I had to scrub my tub, and shower and mop the kitchen (because they didn't). I had to re-dust everything below waste level and I am VERY pregnant. The party is tomorrow and I feel like I wasted my hard earned money. I will be using another provider in the future. They aren't horrible, just not thorough.

When we hired Clark and his Clean Reflections crew four years ago, we'd been paying high prices for poor cleaning of our building and we noticed things disappeared from desks now and then. The Clean Reflections people have proven they are totally trustworthy and they have been attentive to our needs. Bathrooms, floors and detail work appear to be their specialty.

Clean Reflections has been like a friend I can count on since they were first hired in 1989. I trust all the people they have sent to clean over the years and when something extra is required they are Johnny-on-the-spot to accommodate.
