Super nice people! Took my dog in when she had an accident involving a laceration on her face. Worked with us financially and made us feel very welcomed.

I am new to the area and my 2 Labs were due for their yearly check-up and vaccinations. I took them to Guardian Pet Hospital. From the moment we walked in, everyone was extremely polite and friendly. They answered all of my questions. They were wonderful with my dogs.

The staff is very kind and helpful, even over the phone ( and that kind of customer service is hard to find now a days!) The doctor was very informative and made sure he answered any and all the questions we had. It was very refreshing to get this quality of care and service for our 4 legged kids :)

We were using Banfield at Petsmart for our Vet services, when our 5 month old bloodhound puppy started acting ill. We called Banfield to see when they could see her, and they couldn't see her until after 4pm that evening due to them doing WELL PET VISITS (when you aren't signed up for their pet wellness program, they have special clinic ours when you can take your pet for shots). This INFURIATED ME as we were returning clients. So, my wife started looking for a new Vet, when she remembered Dr. Dyal. She calls...we go RIGHT IN. Turns out, our little girl had PARVO! He gave her some shots to boost her immune systems, and medicine for at home care. By the end of the weekend she was eating on her own, and PLAYING. He even CALLED US to check on her. This Clinic has LOYAL customers for LIFE. The support staff is EXTREMELY helpful/friendly and everyone there KNOWS their stuff. VERY HAPPY with Guardian Pet Hospital. I wouldn't take ANY of our pets ANYWHERE else.
