I have to say I'm very disappointed in the way they handle the application process. They do not stay on top of your application through the process. I had to call repeatedly to get my application to the next step. I communicated repeatedly that I was extremely interested in the home I say and had the check on stand by ready to be brought in as soon as I had an answer on the application. I was told in the beginning there was someone also interested but that applicant had not paid the application fee for processing. However on my fourth call to the office I was informed that my application still wasn't approved and this other applicant had just brought in the deposit. I understand a lot of this works on a first come first serve basis but I firmly believe that everyone should be treated fairly. If another customer is able to get their application processed without paying the fee then so should other applicants. Also I highly suggest this place work on their communication with potential applicants.
